Wilfred J Airey Library: Computers, Wifi, Printing & Copying

Connect to the Library off Campus

Current Norco College students, faculty, and staff have access to the Electronic Resources off campus - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Read the log-in screen for details on your User ID and Password. You need to enter this information once per session.

  • User ID: 7-digit student number or faculty/staff Datatel number.
  • Password: First initial of your first name and up to six letters of your last name, all lower case with no spaces

Examples:

Clarice Breckenridge = cbrecke

Alfred Ng = ang

Students - You are assigned a student ID number by the Registrar.

Faculty / Staff - You can obtain ID numbers from your IDS or Human Resources Department.

If you are an employee or student at Moreno Valley College or Riverside City College, please go to the Electronic Resources web site for that college.

 

Computers

- 70 PC's equipped with MS office, Adobe Creative Suite, Virtual Studio 2015.

- Computers are available for 2 - 2 hour sessions per day, Log in required with student ID, Community computers are available, ask us for more detials.

Laptops

2 hours loan policy. They must stay in the library.

Printing

How to Print:

After you hit print you should see this a popup (with a paw print) asking for a username and password.

If you haven’t registered for printing, click “Register as new user” (under the "okay" and "cancel" buttons)

Then create a user name and password you won't forget. (This will last  for the semester. You'll have to create it again every new semester.)

Login using your new username & password (DO NOT USE “Remember until logout”)

To print your papers, enter your username and password you just created at either print station in the library.

Insert money and press “print”. 

When finished press “Done”

Copying 

Black & White only, for 10¢

Sorry - no fax, scanning, or wireless printing at this time.

Connect to the WiFi

For Students and Faculty - RCCD_iNet

  1. On your device, find the wireless connection icon. It might look like one of these: Wireless Icon Sample   Wireless Icon Sample
  2. Find the wireless network you would like to connect to (e.g. RCCD_iNet)
  3. Click Connect
  4. You will be prompted to login using your own username and password.

Students: Use your student email address. (e.g. your email address is adavis19@student.rcc.edu, your username would be adavis19.) Your password is your 8-digit birthday in the MMDDYYYY format.

Staff & Faculty:Use your email's username and password.
